Our first port of call on our New Zealand cruise was at Bay of Islands. Along with several others that we "met" before the cruise, we chartered a sailing aboard the yacht Phantom. Owners Rick and Robin took awesome care of us during the day. Our time together included a relaxing sailing, a stop at a small island for a short hike to soak in the views and a lovely lunch. It was tough to say goodbye!
