My father always liked Texas Longhorn football, so I guess I followed in his foot steps. Through the years, I've converted Scott to also enjoy Longhorn college football.
We also enjoy seeing and learning new things together, and our tickets to the balloon fest earlier this summer also included a polo match. Since neither of us had ever seen a live polo match, we didn't want to miss it. The match started with a ceremonial ball being thrown out and there was a divot stomp at the halfway point. There's even an award for the best dressed spectator!
