We love exploring this Italian city on foot. Its fun to almost get lost walking up and down the narrow streets and beside and across the canals throughout Venice. We always hope that the crowds won't be too bad so that we can enjoy a leisurely evening stroll to see the sights.
One of our favorite pieces of architecture in the city is the Rialto Bridge. We like taking photos from the northwest shore of the river. In addition to the bridge, it's fun to check out the cool painted poles and, of course, the gondolas!
