Our fun times on Kauai ended early in the morning - we had a rental car to return, an early flight, a 4-hour layover in Las Vegas and a 5-hour time change.
I thought I might waste a dollar or two in some penny slot machines during our layover for "entertainment". I learned that, even in a penny slot at the airport, you have to spend close to a dollar per spin ... too much for me! (We ended up wasting time using the internet and eating an overpriced meal.)
Do you often have airport layovers, or can you usually get where you are going on a direct non-stop flight?
