While driving in Yellowstone, we encountered a traffic jam. It appeared that there was an animal crossing the road, so everyone was stopping to look. Stacy got out of the car to walk to the front of the line with her camera. While she was walking along the right side of the road, she didn't realize that a bear was walking down the left side. When they met in the middle, she captured this great photo. (The bear eventually got bored of the traffic and headed off into the grass!)

After getting out of the car to see what was causing a traffic jam, Stacy definitely got closer to this bear than she wanted to. She had no idea that it was walking along on one side of the road while she was on the other.
