Hiking, biking or horse back riding - which do you prefer and why?

We usually choose hiking, but we'll do any of the three. Hiking doesn't require and additional supplies plus, in our opinion, it's the easiest!

During our first afternoon at Guadalupe River State Park, we hiked along the Bald Cypress Trail. We loved that the trail followed along the Guadalupe River and the tall cypress trees keep us in the shade for most of our hike. A fellow hiker commented that this part of the trail was where you go to "find your roots" - ha ha!
