Texas | Virtual Travel | Stay Home | Shelter in Place | Camp at Home | Travel Memories | Family Memories
Our original plans had us returning home today after about 4 weeks on the road in our RV. We
planned to head west to Arizona to be with my Mom for her 85th birthday. After a week with
family, we were going to take the slow road back exploring some of Arizona that we haven't
previously seen. Since our plans were cancelled, we took advantage of an offer from a very
generous neighbor. He photographed many families in our neighborhood to remember our time
at home. We decided to camp virtually!

How are you filling your days during any mandatory shelter in place orders?
Although we definitely miss being on the road, we have enjoyed taking daily walks around our
neighborhood - bear hunts, searching for rainbows and now Easter egg hunts! We're reliving lots
of previous trips and time with family as we scan boxes of photos from years gone by.
(Pre-digital photos, that is ... for those young enough to understand that concept!). This week,
we had a generous neighbor offer to walk around (keeping his distance) to take photos as family
memories during our "Stay Safe, Stay at Home" order. We enjoyed a virtual camping trip in our
front yard - s'mores and all! Thank you @mr.moogul !
