Although it's not the typical kind of place that I frequent, I have to admit that I have now visited a biker bar! (It was during the day without all of the typical partygoers onsite ... and I didn't even have a drink.)
The Full Throttle Saloon is an amazing business and worth a visit just to see the size, decor and intricate details inside. As we drove into the parking lot, we couldn't miss the huge unique metal sculptures and the beer drinking greeter. Stepping inside, we realized that there were multiple bars (some inside and some out), a variety of dining options, numerous stages, a tattoo parlor and, of course, a retail apparel store. I was surprised at the details on the barstools and tables, plus it was fun to see all of the decor.
I can't believe that I'm saying this, but if I returned to Sturgis I would want to go to FTS again since they have plans to expand year after year.
