On our spring RV Trip through parts of the southern United States, we visited Tishomingo State Park. The park had tall pine trees and cool breezes ... and, did I say, great hiking too? One of our favorites was a wonderful waterfall hike where you can sit and listen to the water and the trees. It was truly quite peaceful.

We've been making a big effort to do more walking and hiking the past few years. Anytime we stay in a campground, we try to take advantage of some of the hiking trails available. I loved grabbing my sweetie's hand as we took a walk through Tishomingo State Park in Mississippi. The park is home to a nice lake, tall trees and waterfalls. There are also some nearby local sites like Elvis's childhood home.
