It is true that parts of Guadeloupe's port city of Pointe-a-Pitre are in disrepair and have seen better days. Don't let that stop you from using time after a cruise excursion to wander the streets in search of unique street art and cool architecture. After all, there are several companies offering street art tours in the city. (In previous years, Pointe-A-Pitre was also home to The World Kreyol Art Festival.)

We still had a little time for exploring after we returned to Guadeloupe's port area from our beach excursion. Since it was the anniversary of the day that we met, we decided to enjoy a coffee (we first met at a Starbucks). As we were searching for a coffee shop, we stumbled upon some more cool architecture and unique street art!
