Ours was a 2-day volunteer stint at Garrison Brothers Distillery in the Texas Hill Country. From the wide selection of possibilities, we were responsible for dipping the already filled and corked bottles in wax and "starring" the top. We started each day with breakfast cooked by an on-site chef, "worked" for a few hours, enjoyed a catered buffet style lunch and worked some more. Of course, there were some important quality control tastings throughout both days, too!
