Not surprisingly, the Guadalupe River is the biggest draw to those making the drive to Guadalupe River State Park. The park's scenery, including the limestone cliff which is reportedly the home to cliff swallows, makes for awesome backgrounds for photo shoots.

Many people in central Texas head to the Guadalupe River where they can float down the river! Although we didn't float this time, we sure enjoyed our short camping trip with friends at the Guadalupe River State Park.
