Do you try to catch the sunrise or sunset when on vacation?

Only because we walked from Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal to Grand Tulum for dinner, did we get to see this awesome sunset! Had we ridden the much more convenient shuttle, we would have left our room later and missed the colors of the sunbeams in the sky. (I wish we could say that we planned our timing around sunset, but it was just luck!)
