All Smiles Surrounded by the Ennis Bluebonnets


    

Ennis is known as Texas' official "Bluebonnet City". Each year during the month of April, thousands of visitors head to the city to drive the Bluebonnet Trails to see the Texas state flower in bloom. Members of the Ennis Garden Club drive the trails each week and make recommendations for the best parks in the city to capture photos in the bluebonnets.

We love taking photos both of and in the bluebonnets and we've found no place better than along the Ennis Bluebonnet Trails. This year, our favorite field was in the Ennis Meadow View Nature Area. (By the way, if you didn't know, the bluebonnet is the Texas State Flower!)
