It's always fun to talk to fellow campers to hear what is most important to them. Some want to be close to restrooms, others want to be far away from them. Some want shade and others prefer sun. The list of preferences goes on and on.
For us, it all depends on where we are staying. We do like shaded sites when we are in a warm climate, and our site at Guadalupe River State Park hit the nail on the head in that regard!
