All Set Up at Galveston Island KOA Holiday

Galveston Island KOA Holiday is a must consider campground for anyone wanting a Texas beach escape. The campground sits just across the street from the beach and has sites for tent or RV camping as well as cabins for rent. In addition to time at the beach, there's fun at the campground for all ages - a swimming pool, lazy river, hot tub, bar and more. Plus, it's just a short drive to the many Galveston historic sites on the island.

Where would you choose to stay and why: an encore visit to a place you know you like or a place you've never stayed at?

I'm always a fan of exploring places I've never visited, but there are times when it's nice to return to a place you've previously enjoyed. This was our third stay at Galveston Island RV Resort, and probably won't be our last. It's a pretty easy drive from home and we can't resist the amenities - like spending our evenings in the hot tub!
