During a stay at The Hideaway Retreat campground in Navarre, don't miss being on the beach at
sunset. No matter which campsite you are staying in, the walk is short but the view is amazing.
There's plenty of open space to get photos of the sky, or you can get creative by shooting the setting
sun through trees!

When taking sunset shots, do you try to photograph the open sky?
We love our campsite at The Hideaway Retreat - it's close enough to the beach that it's only a short
walk to watch the sunset over the water. Usually I am trying to get a shot of the changing colors across
the sky. Instead of my normal sunset picture, I focused on the sun through the trees. Luckily, I could
still see the sunset colors in the sky and reflecting on the water.
What do you usually focus on when taking sunset photos?
I married a woman who loves to camp, and I am what you would call indoorsy. My wife always brings up, 'Camping's a tradition in my family.' Hey, it was a tradition in everyone's family 'til we came up with the house. - Jim Gaffigan
