Have you ever purchased tickets to an event and then proceeded to lose the tickets?

That's just what we did! We bought the "Full Waimangu Experience" at Waimangu Volcanic Valley which included both the self-guided walk and the boat ride. During our almost two hours of exploring the trails, we somehow dropped our ticket for the boat. Fortunately, we had digital proof that we purchased the ticket, and the captain was kind enough to let us ride!
