Not sure if I should love her or hate her, but one of my social media friends made this comment on one of our recent posts, "Have you ever had a BBC? Those are really popular in St.Lucia. It's bananas, Bailey's and coconut rum ...!"
Well, neither Scott nor I had heard of a BBC before her comment. Now the many BBC variations that we've had have become some of our favorite adult beverages here at Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal. We've had BBCs made with coconut cream, coconut rum and we've even requested that chocolate syrup be added.
Either with or without chocolate, BBCs are truly yummy ... and yes, we are so happy for the drink suggestion!
