Perched atop a hill overlooking the Danube River, Old Town Bratislava and more of the city is the Bratislava Castle. The castle was originally built in the 13th century and updated throughout the next 800 years, including after a fire in the early 1800s. Popular sites within the castle walls include the Historical Museum, Baroque Garden, Treasury and Crown Tower. From above, there's also a good view of the famous UFO Bridge crossing the Danube.
