From the courtyard outside the capella (chapel), you'll have a panoramic view which includes the bell tower of Sao Sebastiao church and the Atlantic Ocean.

While driving around on the island of Madeira, we were in search of a "roadside waterfall" that I had read about. We never did find the waterfall, but we found a spot to park and wander around Ponta do Sol where we enjoyed some awesome views!
