Herbivores are animals who feed on plant materials such as trees and shrubs. There are two types of herbivores - browsing and grazing animals. Grazers eat grass and other vegetation that lies closer to the ground, hence the term "grazing". Browsers, on the other hand, usually find their food higher off of the ground including the leaves and branches on trees and shrubs. Based on their long necks and tall height, it's no surprise that giraffes fall into the browser category.

Why did these giraffes cross the road?
Who knows??? Maybe they thought that the leaves and branches on the trees on the opposite side of the road looked tastier!
