Sampling Middle Eastern Cuisine in Bethlehem

Christmas Bells Restaurant, located in Manger Square in the city of Bethlehem, serves daily between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Appetizers and dessert are served at the table, and entrees and sides are served buffet style. The benefit of buffet service is having an opportunity to sample multiple dishes - especially when the cuisine is something you haven't tried before.

What local dishes have you added to your favorites list?

I love sampling foods as we explore the world. Our most recent experience was at a lunch buffet at Christmas Bells Restaurant in Bethlehem. Although I didn't find any new favorites, I definitely enjoyed almost everything that I sampled. (Plus, I loved the meal being served buffet style - I could try a little bit of a number of dishes rather than having to choose one entree from a menu!)
