Our previous experience has been less than stellar. It seemed that there was an additional charge for most activities and amenities at the private islands. Our experience at Royal Caribbean's CoCoCay was quite the opposite.
There was shuttle service around the island, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas plus some fun beach games. For those with their own gear, there was snorkeling off the beach. Drink packages and loyalty benefits could be used for beverages, and there was a lunch restaurant with options - all included in the price of the cruise. We definitely enjoyed a "Perfect Day at CoCoCay!"
