Corfu | Greece | Beaches | Monastery of Paleokastritsa | Rental Car | What to See | What to Do
When on a cruise in the Mediterranean, one of our favorite stops in the Greek Isles was on the island of
Corfu. We easily rented a car at the port and were able to drive around the island. It's great to be able to
stop whenever and wherever we want! The Monastery of Paleokastritsa has an awesome view over the
ocean and interesting Greek Orthodox artwork. Our stop at the beach was an enjoyable end to our day!

Have you been to any of the Greek islands?
We've only been to a few of the islands in Greece, and definitely want to return. We'd love to explore some
of the islands that we haven't yet been to, but would happily return to those we've already visited once. The
surrounding beautiful blue water is hard to beat. But, we also enjoyed seeing some of the sites like the
Monastery of Paleokastritsa. The many great works of traditional iconic religious art inside the monastery
were a nice change of pace.
