Isla Catalina is an easy day trip for visitors to Punta Cana. Enjoying your time on the island is easy, but you do have to make some choices! Get some exercise by exploring some of the island on foot or relax on a lounge chair near the blue waters of the Caribbean. Grab your snorkel to see the underwater life or wade or swim in the water. If you're a shopper, you are covered as well!

If you haven't been on an airplane in over a year, have you been dreaming about the first destination you will travel to?

The last time that we stepped inside an airport and on to a plane was in December 2019. Of course, at that time, we had no idea that our all-inclusive stay in Jamaica would be our last international destination for quite some time!

After postponing a Caribbean cruise, a safari in Africa, time in Tel-Aviv and another cruise, we are interrupting our posts from the Black Hills as we dream about our first international trip. Our plan is to head to the Dominican Republic and stay in an all-inclusive resort. (This photo was from a day trip during our 2018 stay on the island.) Keeping our fingers crossed that nothing gets in the way between now and then!
