Looking Out from the Walls of Castillo San Felipe del Morro

Commonly known as El Morro, Castillo San Felipe del Morro is a must see when exploring Puerto Rico's Old San Juan. Don't miss seeing Santa Maria Magdalena de Pazzis, the cemetery dating back to 1863 that is surrounded by the walls of the fortress. Holders of the America the Beautiful National Parks Pass are admitted for free.

Do you ever visit cemeteries?

In the many states and countries that we have traveled to, we have seen some amazing cemeteries. The cemetery that is surrounded by the walls of El Morro (Castillo San Felipe del Morro) in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico is one that we have explored more than once. The view of this final resting place with the Atlantic Ocean backdrop is amazing time and time again.

Have you ever visited a cemetery without knowing someone buried there?
