Republic of Singapore | Singapore | Marina Bay | Gardens by the Bay | Flower Dome | Flowers | Plants | Trees | Succulents | Greenhouse | Nature
No matter where you are in the world, you can usually find some unique, colorful and/or beautiful flowers, plants and trees nearby. A stop at the Flower Dome in Singapore's Gardens by the Bay gives visitors an opportunity to see some of these same varieties of greenery all under one (huge) glass roof! You'll see trees and flowers from Africa, succulents plus gardens from Australia, Europe and both North and South America. There's even Olive Trees from the Mediterranean and Baobab trees from Africa. Wrap up your visit with a walk through the Flower Field that changes with the season!

Social Media Description
After exiting the Cloud Forest, we headed to the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay. Such a great opportunity to see greenery from around the world all in one place. The sculptures throughout the dome were colorful and fun, too. "Dahlia Dreams" was the theme during our visit to the Flower Field (my favorite section) - so many bright colors and unique flowers.
Fun fact: The Flower Dome is the proud owner of the Guinness Book of World Record's title for the largest glass greenhouse!
The planning stage of a cruise is often just as enjoyable as the voyage itself, letting one's imagination loose on all kinds of possibilities. Yet translating dreams into reality means a lot of practical questions have to be answered. - Jimmy Cornell
