Geographically located on the southern coast of Spain (and the continent of Europe's most southern point), Gibraltar is actually a British Overseas Territory. Both English and Spanish are widely spoken, however the official language is English. While Gibraltar is most known for "The Rock", don't rule out a stroll of the historic area of the city including the Casemates Square.

Gibraltar had been on our "wanna visit" list for many years. We finally spent a few days there in the fall of 2024 and our 2025 transatlantic cruise brought us back. After strolling around the historic area of the city, we enjoyed smoothies from Get Joost!
