A ferry ride from the Port of Airlie brought us to Hamilton Island. Relaxing by the beach and exploring the island turned out to be a perfect way to spend a day! We enjoyed people watching from our beach chairs and found places to purchase drinks and food ... and even some beach activities. A hike took us up to the top of the nearby hill where we had an awesome view of the bay!
