Cultural Walk Through Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown

The "Mysteries of Religion and Culture in Kuala Lumpur China Town" GuruWalk gives visitors to Kuala Lumpur a great introduction to the city's Chinese culture. In just over two hours, your cultural walk takes you to temples and other places within the Old Kuala Lumpur City Centre including the oldest post office, Hindu and Taoist temples, the Central Market and River of Life before ending at the clock tower.

Social Media Description

Our first international trip of the year started with a long flight from our Austin area home all the way to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We found a late afternoon free walking tour in the city's Chinatown area that worked with our schedule. From our starting point at the Chan She Shu Yuen, the ancestral hall for the "Chan clan", we got a great introduction to the Chinese culture in Kuala Lumpur.
