"Country Girl Skinny Dipping" Or "Lady in the Lake"


    

Although the artist, Mark Cline, is said to have named her "Country Girl Skinny Dipping" most refer to her as "Lady in the Lake". Located at Barber Marina in Elberta, Alabama, this sculpture is one of many found on the grounds of the marina. For most people, it's off the beaten path, but seeking out the lady, dinosaurs, a huge spider and more can be fun for all ages.

Social Media Description

On our way from Pensacola to Orange Beach last August, we made a stop in Elberta, Alabama to see "Bamahenge". We also found most of the "Dinosaurs in the Woods" located nearby. After leaving, we learned about some other unique creations on the property and knew we wanted to return - but had no idea when.

On our most recent drive to our Florida condo, we had a hotel reservation in Pensacola. We decided it was the perfect time to go find some of the other sculptures at Barber Marina - like "Lady in the Lake".
