Florida | Fort Lauderdale | Palm Beach County | West Palm Beach | Lake Worth Lagoon | Manatee Lagoon | Manatees | Manatee Viewing | Iguana
November 15 to March 31 is known as manatee season in Florida each year. In Palm Beach County (southern Florida), Manatee Lagoon has a large manatee observation deck as well as an assortment of educational displays and can be a fun place to visit. Even during manatee season, you can't count on manatees being in the lagoon all day every day. But, Manatee Lagoon does have a web-cam, so if you have flexibility, you can decide when to go based on what you see online!

Social Media Description
Just a week after returning home from Asia, we hit the skies to visit friends in the Ft. Lauderdale area before boarding a Circle Caribbean cruise. Since it was still manatee season, we made a trip to Manatee Lagoon. Unfortunately, the view of a roaming iguana was much better than the views of the manatees.
