Performances at the Margaret Island Fountain first began in 1962. Originally it was live music performed with the fountain shooting water into the air. Today, the music and water (plus nights in the evening) are electronically choreographed for a free show that the whole family will enjoy!

As the day was ending, we crossed Budapest's Margaret Bridge from "Buda" back over to "Pest". Our timing at the midway point, Margaret Island, was perfect to catch a few tunes on the musical fountain. Enjoy!
