We spent several hours exploring the grounds of Peterhof Palace in St. Petersburg, Russia. Peterhof Palace is not just one palace, but a series of palaces surrounded by gorgeous gardens and fun fountains. It is thought that Peter the Great had the palace built and later expanded in order to compete with France's Palace of Versailles!
