KV9, the tomb that was started by Ramses V inside the Valley of the Kings was completed by Ramses VI. Much like other tombs in Luxor that are open to the public, the walls and ceilings are covered with ancient Egyptian art - reliefs, paintings, petroglyphs, etc. As you explore the tomb where both pharaohs were originally buried, you'll find scenes from the Book of the Day, Book of the Night, Book of the Heavens plus so much more!

Social Media Description
We wrapped up our visit to the Valley of the Kings on the west bank of the Nile River by exploring the tomb that was started by King Ramses V and completed by King Ramses VI. Going inside this tomb comes at an extra cost but the walls and ceiling are highly covered with very well preserved art.
