Rosslyn Chapel Offers many Templar Carvings

On our visit to Edinburgh, Scotland, we couldn't miss the opportunity to see the famous Rosslyn Chapel. The Chapel has many Knights Templar related carvings both inside and out. The entire complex is quite unique. Whether you follow the Oak Island treasure hunt or just are interested in medieval history, this is the place to start your first hand research of the Templar Knights!

Social Media Description

Are you a fan of the History Channel's "The Curse of Oak Island"?

Scott hasn't missed an episode! Every time that we travel to a place that has some connection to Oak Island, we have to check it out. Most recently we actually took a boat ride around the island located near Halifax. When in Edinburgh, Scotland, we found a bus that would take us to Roslin where we could see Rosslyn Chapel. In addition to its mention in the History Channel series, the movie and book "The Da Vinci Code" has made the chapel quite popular.

What places have you visited that you learned about from TV shows, books or movies?
