Prefer sitting outside in the afternoon? How about enjoying a glass of wine with a view of the white sand and emerald waters of Florida's Emerald Coast.

Now that the first 4 months of 2022 are behind us, what's your most exciting news of the year?

Ours has to be purchasing a vacation condo. We closed in mid-January but had a cruise planned just after our closing. We headed back to Panama City Beach, Florida afterwards and have been busily working to do some much needed upgrades. We'll be finishing up in the next few days and hope to begin renting it out for family beach vacations during the time that we are not here. One of our favorite features of our new condo has to be this view of the Emerald Coast!
