Toss A Coin (or 2 or 3) into Rome's Trevi Fountain

Rome's Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi) is known as a place where visitors toss one (or more) coins into the fountain waters. Most visitors have heard that tossing one coin will grant them a return visit to Rome. In addition to returning to Rome, a lesser known "benefit" of tossing a second coin is that the tosser will fall in love. A person who tosses three coins will supposedly get married to the person with whom they fall in love (in addition to that return trip to Rome)!

Social Media Description
Our fall visit to the Trevi Fountain was before the 2026 access fee to the lower basin area was implemented. Queuing was already in place, so we opted to view from above since we'd visited the fountain several times previously!
