After starting off with drinks and appetizers delivered to your table, it's time to walk around "The Boma Dinner" buffet to see which of the many options will tantalize your taste buds. For starters, there's soup served in your very own kettle or a selection of salads and breads from the salad bar ... or both! Your main course can include poultry, beef, fish or exotic game meats from the barbecue buffet (known locally as braai) with sides of stews, vegetables and potatoes. Make sure to save room for dessert!

Our last evening in Victoria Falls turned out to be both fun and filling. After being "dressed" and "painted", we got a picture with the entertainers at The Boma - Dinner and Drum Show. Then, it was off to our table to feast on a four course meal - starters, soup / salads, entrees with sides and desserts. So many options - so little room in our tummies after all of the delicious food we'd already sampled during our African adventure. As our meal was winding down, the entertainment began - with audience participation on the drums!
