Amazing Animals Carved with Chainsaw in Parkville


    

Chainsaw artist and sculptor TJ Jenkins has created some amazing wood carvings inside English Landing Park in Parkville, Missouri. His newest creation has an owl, a red cardinal, a squirrel and more. You can check out some of his other creations around the country by searching "Chainsaw Folk Art".

Have you ever seen a tree that was struck by lightning?

In the not too distant past, lightning struck two trees at English Landing Park in Parkville, Missouri. We saw the eagle created by chainsaw artist T J Jenkins during our stay in Parkville last summer. Through a comment on a photo we posted to IG, the artist let us know that he was "working on a second one". During our return visit, we knew we had to search for the newest sculpture in the park, and it did not disappoint!
