Awesome Cliffwalk Views but NOT for the Acrophobic!

No visit to the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park should be considered complete without a walk along the Cliffwalk ... except for those with a fear of heights. The walkways which lead to stairs and platforms with amazing views (river, waterfalls, forest and more) seem to just float high above the Capilano River and Canyon. A walk along the Cliffwalk is a walk through a "no passing zone" - no two people will fit side by side on the narrow walkway!

What fears do you have?

Although admittedly we aren't the most adventurous travelers, we have no real fears. As we strolled along the Cliffwalk inside Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, we felt positive that acrophobia would kick in if we had a fear of heights. The views were amazing, but looking down from the narrow pathway is definitely not for everyone.

Fun fact: There are only 16 anchor points along the Cliffwalk which measures more than 3 hockey rinks in length!
