Afternoon Treats Delivered to Club Balcony Suites

One of the benefits of reserving a Club Balcony Suite when sailing on Norwegian Cruise Lines is the complimentary treats that are delivered to your stateroom on the first couple of days aboard the ship. While the extra benefits are advertised as coming at "no additional cost", it's important to remember that the daily onboard service charge is higher for these cabins when compared to inside, oceanview and balcony staterooms.

What is your favorite cabin category in a cruise ship?

We try to balance the cost of our stateroom with the amount of time we'll actually spend in our room. Our original reservation was for an oceanview cabin, but we successfully bid on a Club Balcony Suite. We've previously stayed in balconies but never a "suite".

Only time will tell if we'll upgrade to a suite in the future. It's nice to have a bigger cabin with a few perks (like these afternoon treats delivered to us), but not yet sure if they are worth the extra money!
