The geothermal waters at Chena Hot Springs Resort are thought to have been discovered in 1905. Today, the "pool house" is open every day of the year. Included in an All Day Pass is access to an indoor heated pool and hot tubs, an outdoor hot tub and an adults-only hot springs lake. Also on the resort grounds is the Aurora Ice Museum which is advertised as the largest ice museum in the world that is open year round!

Social Media Description
We spent Day 39, our last day before traveling home, at Chena Hot Springs Resort. We spotted a few moose on the road leading in to the resort - our last wildlife sightings of the trip. After taking a tour of the resort's Aurora Ice House, we spent our afternoon soaking in the hot springs lake and hot tubs.
