Gearing up for the Winter Olympics!


    

While many people associate reggae or jerk with Jamaica, it's hard not to also think of the Jamaican bobsled team (remember the movie "Cool Runnings"?). Just outside the Jamaican Bobsled Cafe at Sanger International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay sits this Jamaican bobsled - perfect for capturing a photo or two!

When you hear "Jamaica", what do you think of?

Since food is always on our mind, for us, it's jerk seasoning (on chicken or fish) and Jamaican beef patties. We had plenty of jerk at the resort, but only once did we see any beef patties that the country is known for. We had heard that the airport had some tasty patties, and we were not leaving Jamaica without having one!

On our search around the airport, we passed this bobsled and couldn't walk by without taking a photo!
