The French Musée du Louvre, usually referred to as the Louvre, is the most popular art museum in the world. The main entrance is through a large glass and metal pyramid located in Cour Napoleon, the main outdoor courtyard. The Horses of Marly statue in the same courtyard is often thought to be King Louis XIV.
