Spain | Seville | Maria Luisa Park | Parque de María Luisa | Park | Garden | Flowers | Fountains | Trees | Shade | Teatro Lope de Vega | Architecture
It was back in 1893 that Princess María Luisa donated the palace gardens to the city of Seville. Since that time, the park has expanded and now is home to trees, shaded footpaths, fountains, sculptures and more. There's plenty of benches to take a break from your walk, run or bike ride and the large expanses of grassy areas make for perfect spots for a family picnic. (Make sure to see the Teatro Lope de Vega building.)

Although it was short, our walk through Seville's Maria Luisa Park was quite enjoyable. Saw some cool architecture (especially the theatre) plus trees, flowers and more!
