I love roaming the streets to try to get my own feel for the city. But, I also like to do research on the most important sites to see - I don't want to miss out on anything!
When we arrived in Monterosso early in the morning, our room was not ready. We started our day by roaming around while carrying our heavy backpacks. In the early afternoon, we were able to get checked in, drop off our luggage and explore some more. That's when we took the time to hike up to some of the higher points in the city!
