I See an Osprey Guarding Laketown Wharf

Similar to hawks and eagles, osprey are big birds - they can have up to a six foot wingspan. In size, osprey usually fall between the other two birds, with the eagle being the largest of the three. They are thought to mate for life!

What are your favorite birds?

As we headed toward our condo, we spotted this huge bird perched on the railing while watching over the resort. After doing some online research, we think it's an Osprey. It resembles a hawk or an eagle, but definitely not a perfect match to either bird.

Have you ever gone "birding"?
