Chile | Puerto Montt | Petrohue Falls | Saltos del Rio Petrohue | Parque National Vicente Perez Rosales | Shore Excursions | Day Trips | Waterfalls | Osorno Volcano
Vicente Perez Rosales National Park is Chile's oldest and largest park. The favorite attraction of many visitors to the park is Saltos del Rio Petrohue. After spending time walking along the pathways and across the bridges to find the many viewpoints, it's easy to see why the natural beauty of Petrohue Falls is such a popular attraction.

Have you traveled to South America?
From Chile to Brazil, we did back to back cruises in 2018. One of our first ports of call was Puerto Montt, Chile where we rented a car and drove to Vicente Perez Rosales National Park. Driving to the park was a very affordable way to see the countryside on the one and only day that we had. In addition to awesome views of Osorno Volcano along the way, we loved the many viewpoints where crowds of people stand to soak in the beauty (and snap photos) of the waterfalls.
